Policy on Originality and Plagiarism Prevention

  • Originality Requirement: All submitted manuscripts must be original works and free from any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism.

  • Screening by Authors: Before submission, authors are strongly advised to check the similarity level of their manuscripts using plagiarism detection software.

  • Screening by the Editorial Team: The journal's editorial team will conduct standard plagiarism checks on every manuscript using Turnitin software.

  • Use of Reference Management: Authors are expected to use a reference management system, such as Mendeley or EndNote, to ensure all citations and references are presented accurately and consistently.

  • Sanctions and Follow-up:

    • Immediate Rejection: Manuscripts with a similarity score above 40% will be rejected automatically.

    • Requires Revision: Manuscripts with a similarity score between 25% and 30% will be returned to the author for an initial revision.

    • Final Threshold: After revision, the similarity score of the manuscript must be reduced to a maximum of 20% to be processed to the next stage.
